Bullshift Performance Shipping Policy
At Bullshift Performance, we understand that getting your parts quickly is important. We work hard to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped same day or within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
We offer fast shipping throughout the United States. Most customers in the contiguous U.S. can expect delivery within 2 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, product availability, and destination.
Backorders & Special Orders
Some products may be shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers. Special-order and backordered items may require additional processing and shipping time. Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.
Shipping Carriers
Bullshift Performance utilizes trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services when necessary. Carrier selection is determined based on package size, weight, and destination.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as roll cages, chassis components, and oversized products may require freight shipping. Freight delivery times vary by location and carrier availability. Customers may be contacted regarding freight arrangements if needed.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bullshift Performance is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on manufacturer policies or state and local regulations. Bullshift Performance reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.
